Ben Touhami, the creator and founder of SkyCap, has more than 35 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has held various positions at Aviapartner and Swissport in the areas of baggage sorting and check-in and lost & found. In total, he has held management positions within various handling activities for 28 years. He therefore knows all facets of the airport, the check-in process and lost & found. For many years he also managed his own courier and transport company and invented the baggage service SkyCap. He could rely on his large network and the reliable relationships he has built over time with various airports and airlines.
