Who is SkyCap
Ben Touhami is the face behind SkyCap. This idea is the result of his years of experience in the aviation and logistics world. He held various positions at Aviapartner and Swissport in the areas of baggage sorting, lost & found and handling activities. As a result, he knows all facets of the airport, check-in process and lost & found. He gained his logistics knowledge as manager of his own courier and transport company.
